Monday I went up to Liverpool to stay with a friend as we went to Alton Towers yesterday. It made sense and was cheaper to get the train from Euston to Liverpool on Monday rather than London to Stoke on Tuesday morning!
Anyways... Once I got to Liverpool and met the lady in question we decided to have a roam about Liverpool One as you do! I should note this was my 5th visit to Liverpool in recent weeks, and I know my way around it far more than her who has lived there 7 years!!!
We passed HMV and saw a cue of girls outside so went off to investigate what was happening. After chatting up a huge bald security guard we found out that McFly were going to be there at 4. Our flirtation skills must have worked a treat as he let us in before all the screaming girls in their school uniforms, and writing over their bodies (one 12 year old in a wheelchair had Danny I scream your name in my sleep written on her arm!!)
I should also add that in order to go and have a perv on these lads I had for fork out £9.99 for their CD, which I figured they could sign and I could whack on Ebay when I got home! Then we found out that only 2 of them were actually here and the others were in some shop in Reading or somewhere!! I felt so cheated, who will now buy a CD with only 2 scribbles on AND I had wanted to see the one with the lisp!!
Anyhow this is pretty much how the meeting went...
Me: Hello
Mcfly #1: Are you from London?
Me: Yes, but I haven't come up here to see you we are going to Alton Towers tomorrow.
Mcfly #1: Oh ok.
Then he shook my hand!
We'd already been told that we couldn't hug/kiss/touch or grope them!! How bad is that?
Oh and we were told that they would only sign offical McFly stuff, so that ruled out us getting out boobs signed!! Not that I'd have actually had the guts to do that! Moving on....
Mcfly #2: Here (handing me the CD)
Me: Are you not going to sign it?
Mcfly #2: I have
Me: What does it say?
Mcfly #2: Harry.
Me: Oh OK bye.
I didn't shake his hand!!
