Everyone has deserted the office so I'm like a bloody secretary answering stupid calls from even stupider people! Nevermind the fact I have 4 funding reports to do for tomorrow. 
Ok rant over I shall go and answer the phone again, and I hate being polite when I'm in a pissed off mood.
